Hi Everyone
I am new to riding and have been learning to ride along with my husband in private lessons for 3 months
We are at rising trot stage now and it's all going very well.
My husband has an issue with his horse that he rides each week where he very often just won't move.
He is told to give him a tap and then if not a really good kick to get him moving but very often this still does not work.
It's becoming very frustrating for him as his lesson is not providing very much actual riding now.
Any thoughts as to his best approach going forward would be most welcome
