Hi,
Not sure what to say, I've lurked on the forum for a bit, actually registered years ago and then promptly forgot that I had done. Started riding at about age 9,I don't ride at the moment (trying to lose enough weight to start again), but OH wants to start having lessons and I do carriage driving. My mum and I have also recently inherited an old driving pony and now have full care of him (suppose you could say he is my "first horse", I used to ride him when I was a skinny teenager!), so I'm mainly here to keep an eye out and get advise on what you might call the basics. I've spent a lot of time around horses but never had to deal with things like feeding, luckily we have a very experienced friend to help us out.
I'll be honest I'm rubbish at remembering to post on stuff like this, but I do enjoy reading the threads and seeing what knowledge I can gain!
