I moved house and changed jobs.

Well I've moved house twice since I was last on. I had to rent a place as this one wasn't ready and the buyer for my old place was not prepared to wait.

The builders have finally left, and everything is back up and running. Dogs are installed in their new kennel block and all the crates, boxes, and bags are unpacked.

All these things take more time than you ever imagined.

Especially builders!

I managed to get out a couple of times a month for most of the season.

But had to restrict myself to the bare minimum towards the very end.

Still we had a good season all things considered.

Another one in the diary that the antis cant take away from us. :)

Thanks.

I'm sure all of the old hands have been manning the barricades, and doing a sterling job in my absence.

Nah I think most of them have f ucked off!

Is it any surprise that they have F'ed off.

The quality of the counter argument is mediocre at its best. As a rule its bland, entirely predictable and laughabley misinformed.

Its only the humour and knowledge of the hunting fraternity on these boards that makes them what they are.

Keep up the good work.

Well some are. I don't think we've heard from tsark or Wallace or BundleBrandy for a bit.

Aha!
It works! I have installed a "wallace name checker alarm" so that whenever my name is mentioned on here I get an e-mail, a PM, a text message and a house visit from a "Betterware" salesperson.

I wouldn't be "manning" or even "personing" any barricades however. Soooo tedious.

I am neither famous nor infamous. I'm also not just another hunter of foxes. I hunt everything, fox, deer, hare, mink, goat, boar, rabbit and rat. If we had wolf and bear I'd hunt them as well.

Master Tom I suspect is rather busy right now, sheep farming in Exmoor. It is Spring time after all.

Typical Celtic supporter. Lurking in the undergrowth waiting for the chance to come sulking around in the hope of finding a half eaten Big Mac.

No,no.....
I installed a name checker to alert me whenever my name is mentioned.

It has nothing to do with football or McDonalds. It is to do with this message board and my name. Do you see?

You're still the same old confused, chuckled headed balloon I see!!

If we had wolf

Nooooooooooooooooo! Soggy you've lost my love :smirk: I've told OH he can kill what he likes but ever shoot a wolf and he's out on his ear!! Thats one animal that is too close to a dog to kill, and such kind animals who I will argue (friend farms in Canada) only kill less than 1% of livestock..... I sound like an anti now...god forbid!

Haha, I know of a few in the Uk (with DWAL's) so you can go and hunt them...just don't kill them...still illegal so it will still fulfill your need to break the law!

Goat? GOAT???????

Yep Goat. There are a small number of wild Goat herds about the country. You have never smelt anything so rank as a wild billy goat at the height of the breeding season.

Oh! And I mean Hunt as in its more generally recognised meaning.
