Our bitch has just come back into season 5 months after having pups. She normally cycles every 9 months so I wasn't expecting this yet and one of the dog pups we sold is coming to stay for a weekend in 2 weeks time.
He came for a trial visit last weekend and spent the first half hour humping his little sister so I am more than a bit worried about this.
I don't want to tell his owner she can't bring him as they are reluctant to put him in kennels and it is a family wedding but what is the sensible thing to do?
Will it be possible to keep them apart and safe or will he be going mad for her? And is he up to the job at 5 and a half months anyway?
