Help...all you sigi experts

Ok, I need help

How do I make my sigi smaller and how come by photo bucket is set to public viewing (so you can see the picture) but on some photos it won't let you see the picture.

I messed about for ages trying to make sigi, finally got what looks like one using paint brush but when I put it on it had a huge white gap under neither it.

I'm fed up with messing about trying to do one, I know I'm completely useless.

and no its not because I cant be bothered or through lack of trying honest

Anyone up for making me a sigi? as you can see I'm having to shamefully admit I can't do it and ask for a kind person to make me one

Well there's another problem there because I'm on a works PC so I've looked to see what Paint.net is but wouldnt be allowed to download it.

*big sigh*

oh well I could just annoy everyone with a massive sigi and a very unflattering picture of my neddy

next to a horse with serious fringe issues

TGM your a genius, I would be very grateful if you could, I would not doubt be able to sus it out on paint.net but obviously I cant seen as I am at work, got a PC at home but its terribly slow and just ends up jamming up on me.

Do I just need to PM you the links to some pictures in photobucket then?, hope its not too much trouble for you, its very kind of you to offer.
