If there is any qualified lawyers who can give me some advice re a consumer product (car), I would be very grateful. The person I would usually ask for help from is out of the country and unobtainable, and before I sound off to a garage, I'd like to get some facts on my rights, so if anyone can help me, I would be very grateful. I'd searched the internet, but it doesn't cover what I'm looking for, and trading standards haven't been helpful at all.
