Help - assessing behaviour problems

Have a horse that misbehaves - any thing odd & bolting back home.

Need a report on his 'problem' behaviour. Vet has been suggested but i cant see a vet being able to report this (not a physical problem - has been vetted i the last 6 months)..

Any ideas on what sort of an ;'expert' I can get to do thi ??

Due to the lack of information I am assuming that you are in a dispute with previous owner?

You haven't given much information so it is hard to advise. It could be anything from suffering from lack of confidence for the horse and/or rider to teeth/back and tack needing to be checked.
