Help! Assisted DIY in South Oxfordshire

I am looking for Assisted DIY Livery Yard in South Oxfordshire - close to Abingdon - that has quite flexible opening hours (need to be there at the very least at 6am if not earlier). Does anyone know one?

New House Livery in Southmoor do all types of livery, facilities are good and hacking not bad. They do have their own web site with more info.
Theres also a couple at Wootton, not sure of names but easy to find if you drive round there.
Also theres a nice little one in Radley, down thrupp lane, again not sure of names but that is the closest yard i can think of to Abingdon.
