Janine Lamy is at Carmen Court in tonbridge/golden green ? she may be able to help you, she is an instructor who travels and runs alot of clinics locally so she may know of something, she has her own website with contact numbers on.

I really feel for you 
Its things like this that make me breath a sigh of relief that mine are just in rented fields by my house. No facilities except running water which can be a pain esp. in the winter but the peace of mind is well worth it xx

Just wanted to say good luck with finding somewhere quickly.
Maybe you will have to accept a short term compromise yard until you find the right place.
Are there any other liveries at your current yard who you could get together with and rent somewhere private together. Might give you another option.
