As the title really!!

I came downstairs the other morning and our border collie has eaten about 6 inches off the bottom of my net curtains!

I have no idea why she has done this but luckily about 2 hours later she threw them up almost in tact!

She is not bored or starving hungry so I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this or could offer an explanation!

I dont really want to replace them yet in case she does it again.

Any ideas?

I do sympathise, I had to go to hospital yesterday arranged for someone to walk the dogs, left toys out etc. Well when I got home they had rearranged the furniture the sofas to be precise.

They did want replacing but will make do until they are out of this phase terrible 2s.

She is about 2 and a half and it was when we came down in the morning from bed, she went through the usual chewing stage as a pup and we had to replace a bit of skirting board and a chair leg but she stopped this about a year ago and has not chewed anything until now!

We have tied the curtains up for now but she wakes us up by barking at the foxes in the garden as she can see them!

I'm a bit reluctant to replace them as I dont want them getting chewed again!

Are there any sprays or anything that can be used on them to deter chewing?
