Help choose a yard

Can't make my mind up over these 2 yards. New horse is coming to my friends yard for a couple of weeks then moving onto part livery as I have a colt at home, and despite looking for a gelding to come and live with my 2 I have found a nice mare instead. So must go on livery until colt is gelded. Bear in mind I am in Kent, so prices are always high!

Yard 1 is 3 miles from home
Large brand new indoor school, with good surface
Individual turnout
adlib good quality haylage included given both in stable and field (when no grass)
Morning and evening feeds given, rugging, turnout and bring in included in price
Owner to supply feed and bedding and do mucking out
Don't know any people around here nor do I know the hacking
£80 per week

Yard 2 is 10 miles from home
Outdoor school, deep at one end and can flood at other end
Turnout in small groups
Ad lib hay, shavings abd feed included
Rubber matted stables with shavings beds
5 day livery - so feeding, rugging, muck out, turn out, bring in included weekdays, owner to do this at weekend
Large amount of storage space
Close to my friends yards and I know the hacking well
£83 per week

Normally I'd go with yard 1, but yard to is close to friends and as i don't currently have have transport I like this idea - can hack with them and hack to local yards for events. Help me decide!

I would go for yard 1 if it is only short term as she will not have to settle into a group for turnout and then have to move again. That is just me though, I am a bit of a sucker for individual turnout.

Depending on how wedded to schooling you are. I'd prefer yard 2 as there's group turn out and you know the hacking etc. Also seems you get more done during the week so longer drive but less work when you get there.

I would go with yard one personally as travelling 10 miles through winter does not sound pleasent and not much riding can be done when were constantly having this rain! Also you will soon meet new people at yard 1 and learn new hacking routes sooner or later which you can the return too although take into consideration your mare tempremtn and your current situation
