HELP desperately seeking stables south east/east anglia!

I run a successful full livery/rehab livery business however recently I have been told the premises I rent is on the market :-( sob sob.

SO......Does anyone know of any places available in either essex/suffolk/cambridgeshire/herts/middlesex area (luckily a majority of my clients aren't area dependant!)?? I need a minimum of 7 stables and 10 acres but happy to take more. Most important is that it has a workable menage

I have crawled the internet, tried every contact I have, looked in every paper but have got nowhere so if anyone has any tip offs I would be eternally grateful :-
