Help! DIY for 3 needed in S.Devon.

I don't suppose anyone can help? I'm losing my yard at the end of the month and I have nowhere to go. Something within 15 miles of Kingskerswell, just a field and storage even. Something temporary would do. Thanks. Also in Stable Yard.
 
quite a few usually on Mole valley noticeboard at Heathfield, Newton Abbot and I think there were some possibilities on Tucker's noticeboard in Ashburton when I looked last Friday.
 
Nothing on MV's board as of Friday, rang up a couple from Tucker's, but either way too far or no spaces left :( Will send OH to Tucker's to have another look though, as it was about a week ago. So thanks for that. :)

Must admit that I'm starting to seriously panic. Might make H&H yet-'Three horses found fly-grazing in Devon' :eek:
 
Sorry can't help coz live in East Devon; but think there's a saddlers shop in Newton Abbot called Leonard Coombes? They may have a noticeboard.

Also, think there's a big livery place out near a place at Liverton called "Rora House" (went there for a conference recently and couldn't help noticing a lot of horses around in the area - like you do!!!) - so may be worth having a poke around up there??? Its (relatively) easy to find, just go to the Drumbridges roundabout and then follow the road signs for "Rora House". Go right up the track to the end and see what you see - also someone up there just might know of another place.

Sorry, I can be of any help either as I'm also in East Devon but just wanted to wish you luck. Really hope you find somewhere soon. Just to put your mind at rest. It must be a nightmare worrying about it. X

PS. Just had a thought, might your farrier (or other farriers in the area) be able to think of some places you could try? Maybe worth phoning to beg for help! They usually know of all the little places tucked out of the way. Places that never advertise. Fingers crossed for you.
 
Try a notice at Satin Stitch on the Brunel estate.
There is often some grazing going at Rocombe. I am close to your area but am full. Good Luck
 
Have you tried asking at Redpost - they usually know whats around.

Also there is Willy Wales (sp) at Ashburton, who has DIY livery and I'm sure its not full at the moment. Don't know his number tho sorry (although I can explain via pm where his yard is), but I'm sure the people in Tuckers know his details tho.
