HELP ... does anyone have a copy of BD Prelim 12 test

I am supposed to be doing it tonight and haven't even seen the test yet - it's nothing major just a local schooling show but I don't want to make a complete arse of myself so would at least like to review the movements first on paper even if I haven't rode them. Is there somewhere I can print it off from? Or does anyone have a copy they would be kind enough to email me?

We have it at home although 'm not there until this afternoon and not sure how to copy it and save it then email it. I'll keep an eye on this thread and if no one has sent it to you I'll find a way to email it to you. How do I get your email address?
