I went down to the yard yesterday and had no stable to clean, no field to pooh pick, no horse to groom or ride, just relaxation, lots of coffee and a good long chat!

I have booked a lesson for tonight and tomorrow and will be riding With from next week on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.

Yesterday I came home, shopped, cooked a 3 course meal, did the washing, tidied the house then made a cake!

I need to buy another horse quickly .....or I am in danger of turning into a Domestic Goddess ;D
 
Be very, very careful, it is a significant disease that has serious after effects that are not to be underestimated.:eek:

Other family members will expect tea on the table, pressed clothes, perfectly ironed bedlinen, luscious home baking and an immaculate house ALL THE TIME! If you can do it all on your own they won't bother to help with this debilitating illness, you are making future equestrian life very difficult for yourself.

I recommend a good long visit to the stables and further cups of coffee as the only treatment.:D
 
You had better make sure you get your copy this week an start trawling through the classifieds. If you have another half then they might start to get used to it rather than the permanent underlying odour de cheval :eek:
 
before this gets out of hand - sit down and have a cuppa then wait...for someone else to do the housework, bake the cakes etc .. if this doesnt work then dont panic this "disease" will soon wear off:D:D
