I am in a frustrating position, have been told today by a farmer that he didn't want us to ride on his field, after spending almost the last two years plodding round and having never seen anyone to tell me that we couldnt. We always hugged the edges being careful not to cause any problems and never did more than walk. I understand it's his land but was informed by him there is a bridle path attached to the field but it very over run and very unrideable. Where I have my horses that is the only field that I can get to and my only other option is to ride on the road but that's very much like taking you life into your own hands as drivers plet through the village as its more of a thoroughfare and your lucky if they vaguely slow down to the speed limit, even though I am fully hi vized up, thank goodness for a safe horse! My field now is bogged up so am totally at a loss where I can go. I
am just wondering if someone might be able to help me a suggest somewhere we could ride without causing any one problems. Thank you for your help!
