HELP filling in 3 day entry forms

i have the BE 3 day entry form and on it it says horse details fix horse sticker here and then rider details and has things to fill in...my question is could i not just stick on my normal riders sticker?

thank you, i have stuck it on, mcuh easier and now i have just remembered its a bank holiday so i wont be able to post it for a couple of days anyway!
