Can anyone recommend a grippy stud girth? It needs to be brown. I normally use a neoprene type girth as recommended by my saddler as it was difficult to get a saddle to fit and does slip a little bit occasionally. Most the stud girths I can find seem to be leather!

Our Stubben Equi-Soft stud girth - which is leather! - is the best for non slipage as it wraps around the horses tummy.

We also have a Comfort Zone Airflex stud girth that we use on a horse with a forward girth groove and its pretty good, very lightweight, synthetic so you can bung it in the washing machine.

I know that Avacallo do a gel and neoprene stud girth, I haven't used one, but might be worth a look. I have seen them in the flesh and in my opinion they were a bit too bulky/heavy, but the idea is great.
