I'm looking for a horse physio (as some of you know the problems I've been having) that comes recommended.

The trouble is a bit like 'master saddlers' I need someone that is a qualified physio rather than a muscle/massage 6 weeks trained 'back' person.

I don't mean to sound sceptical, however I am :D

I have been given the name of someone (recommended by my vet) however I've heard the one I've booked isn't that good? I know you have to believe from experience, however I would prefer to use someone that lot's of people (or even a few people) say good things about rather than good things and some bad. I need to know that the person I have is the right person to look at my horse.
Am I asking to much? Hopefully from everyone on here's experience with horses there might be at least one in my area (or one willling to travel) that can be highly recommended?
I'm in the Midlands Area

Thanks in advance :-) also in competition riders and vets

Hi:)
I use Jane Sumner, she is based in Market Harborough but does cover your area.
She's been coming to see us for the last 3 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
We've had a couple issues and Jane has been fundamental in helping us work through them.
She's very easy to talk to so I'm sure that if you rang her and explained the issues you're having she would be very open and honest about what she could do to help you.
I have her mobile number, which I can PM if you are interested.

Tim Bradford - http://www.bradfordsvetphysio.co.uk/

I've been watching Osteos, Chiros, assorted back people at work for years - ALL of them were - I have now decided - a waste of time and money! Tim is BRILLIANT! He is treating several horses here at present and the improvement in all of them is enormous - just in a couple of treatments.

Thanks for his name, had a look and impressed by what he is and does, but I think he's to far. He's over 2 hours away.
I'm in Nottingham but thank you anyway :)

Bruce Hewett...absolute genius. He is the 4th person who I have had out to try and fix my boy's back...and the only one who has actually managed to do it. He now also straightens out my partially sighted cob who tends to shape himself like a banana to compensate for his vision. I can't recommend enough.
