Help finding Venue for dog training

Hi. I run a small dog training club focusing mainly fun agility and other social activities and I have recently been informed that my current venue is closing for redevelopement. I am desperate to continue training and would like to know if anyone has any ideas on who to approach. I have sent out nearly fifty letters to all the local riding schools and farms but have had no luck. Any advice would be appreciated. I am based in the Wokingham area but I am willing to travel and so to are our members.

Have you tried following up your letters with a phone call?
Often, people put things aside to deal with later, and then they get forgotten. If you phone, then if they have any concerns, you can reassure them immediately.
