Argghhh.....

So my friend takes on this 11hh pony as a companion for hers. The owner of the pony is paying the livery bill.
But friend is looking after the pony while girl is at uni.
My friend is struggling with the pony, shes not the most confident and pony is taking absolute mick.
Shes been trying to get the girl to take her pony back for over a month now. The girl just says I cant.

What can she do?
Ive told her to say shes selling it, I dont think she can but its a threat all the same.

Suggestions??

As the owner of the horse, it's the girl's responsibility to take the pony back as she still owns it. Not really sure what to suggest apart from threatening to, or actually taking the horse back to the original yard. The owner is responsible for finding someone else to look after the pony, your friend shouldn't have to be looking after it still just because the owner doesn't want it back, it's not fair on your friend or the pony. In the meantime can your friend get some help with the pony so she can be more confident round it and handle it more easily?
