Help for bony bums!

As title suggests!

My seat bones dig into the saddle when I ride - it's quite literally a pain in the... šŸ¤£ What has worked for anyone with the same problem - sheepskin covers, gel covers etc.?

Buy a decent saddle mine are double padded LM saddles love them don't need pads or anything and I am a skinny size 6 with no natural padding.

Fitting the pelvis, seat bones and pubic arch, is the key. When the seat shape is right for us the saddle doesn't feel hard, or nowhere near as much. And this can affect more well covered bums as well! There are all sorts of seat savers that may help a little for sure, but the ideal is that the seat suits you.
