Help for me not horse?

i want to start riding my horse again but i am so nervous can any one recommened me a calmer or some tablets to help with my nerves and anxicity?

Go for it. i'm starting to ride again after a 5yrs break, just bought a new horse. Try Kalms, or Bach's Flower Remedy, they are both herbal. Good luck.
