Help - Horse acting strange

Normally my TB is a quick eater. I brought him in yesterday to worm him and he went straight to his hay net and started eating as per the norm. I then wormed him (Equest Pramox) and since then he has been eating very slowly. He has been finishing but takes alot longer than usual.

Any ideas? Maybe the wormer has made him feel a bit under the weather?

When did he last have his mouth checked - may have a sore spot from a hook or similar. If he is regularly wormed a routine worm shouldn't make him feel particularly under the weather.

im going to have the dentist out soon as that was my first thought.

Also we have had two new horses arrive in the field next to him so maybe it has all come as a bit of a shock?
