Help! Horsebox guru/mechanic advice- inc pics :)

Hi, i am extremely confused by the new VOSA regs re wheelarches and skirts. I believe my skirts are not too short BUT am unsure whether my wheelarches are correctly covered a friend with a similar truck had to extend his skirts to cover the rear wheel arch liner..please can someone assist or point me at some guidelines? Thankyou
