Help ... horsebox hire warks/leics

Does anyone know of a company that hires horseboxes in the Atherstone area? have 2 horses to move this weekend, journey is approx 10 miles.

Only know people with small trailers for ponies, which isn't a problem for one but the other is 16.1hh.

Anything would do really as long as its safe of course!!
Willing to pay going rates, have just been researching on net and all hire companies are miles away with a pound per mile delivery and collection fee (approx £200 before i've hired it, insured it or put fuel in it hmm must be a cheaper way!!)

Hi

These may be a bit far away, there are based in Chipping Norton http://www.millenniumhorseboxhire.co.uk/index.php?page=home however I believe they only charge a day rate (for a small 2 horse lorry £100) with unlimited mileage, so may be worth a look.

I haven't used them myself, however am looking at using them and have spoken to people who have hired a lorry from them before all recommend them.

£100 seems the going rate, just got to try and find the closest one for collection now.

Has anyone heard of ELS horse transport in Warwick? They have quoted me for collection and delivery, and seem really reasonable, just wondered if anyone had used them?

My lad can be a pain to load, dont want someone to get annoyed with him, it only makes him worse!!
