Picked up the vouchers for prizes for show this weekend today!

Nice bottle of wine for Class 1 - 1ft6 Adults only jumping,
Free hairdo voucher for posh hairdressers for 1st prize for class 3 the 2ft jumping and
Chobham riders(tack shop) vouchers for class 4 2ft6 jumping - £15 for 1st and £5 for 2nd and 3rd!
Plus trophies and rosettes!

I have put out schedules at all my local saddlers and have put the event on riding diary and put it on events on Eagle 96.4fm. Also put schedules at other local shows in the last few weeks. Have also put some at the bigger livery yards in the area.
I have a severe shortage of entries

p.s Show is in Chobham in Surrey

I help out at a series of horse shows in Sussex and we find very few people enter beforehand, they all turn up on the day!

If you've put lots of schedules out and spread the word as much as poss there isn't really much else you can do, fingers crossed lots of people turn up on Sunday for you.

I always enter on the day.

I would've come except my horse is having an unscheduled holiday! We need the SJ practice and I've been there before and it's a lovely place and everyone was really friendly!

Hope it goes well.

You tend to find they wil come on the day - all our RC shows are always really busy but pre-entries always rotten. Pop round some local liveries if you have time to remind them its on and pop on local RC websites

Thanks Guys,
Have tried local riding club sites and none of them have a forum or anything and bit late for newsletters!
Amy - Glad you enjoyed the shows before...we do have lovely jumps and a lovely setting. And if weather stays dry until Sunday we will also have lovely ground! LOL

Think my Saturday will be spent driving round trying to gee people up to come along on the day!

Many thanks to the person that messgaed me and suggested contacting local area riding club representative!
Have done this now.

where abouts is show? I help run a local RC and am happy to post your details on our website as we have nothing on that weekend - I find people tend to enter on the day, I do myself, that way you haven't lost out if weather awful/horse lame etc - try not to panic, I'm sure people will turn up and enter!! good luck!

Thank you so much Lilym. Really appreciate it.

Show is at Willlow Farm Stud in Chobham
website address is www.willowfarmstud.com
But due to difficulties with webhost the schedule is only available by email.
If you message me your email address I can email you a copy.

Once more many thanks
