help! How do you freeze a video in Media Player and take a pic?

I've video'd my foal moving and am trying to take a still photo from it? How do I do it?

pause the video then press the print screen button on your keyboard. Then click paste into any photo programs and crop out anything you dont want

It's much easier this way -

pause the video at the still you want. then under the box where the video plays, right hand side, there's a little button with a camera on it. press that and it will take the picture for you and come up with the box where you save it

ahh se I dont have windows media player working at the mo, anyone know of any bugged updates it used to work!

Cheers - I tried both ways - Can't find a camera

maybe it's an old version?

The print screen button works but when I save or crop it, the bit I want just turns black

- unless it goes where the picture should be then it stays but goes black when I save it as a jpg file. AGH! lol

ah she is talking about windows media player, you are talking windows movie maker!

pause the video, press print screen on your keyboard.

Open up Paint and go to paste - you photo should appear. Then right click it to copy to and you can then title it and save it
