he is 2yrold gelding and I am only asking £450ono is this too much??
it's basically what I paid for him a year ago!

i would say it is too much. i got my 4 year old who was ready to back for £250 including lots of rugs and things. hes by Matly Crusaider and is well bred. i also looked at several other little ponies ranging from 2-4 years who ranged between £50 and £300. i chose my boy because of his temp.

Tuesday because my other youngster is coming to work with me and I loose my grazing, the new forest was bought as a companion, I paid that bit more for him because of his breeding, he is black which is unusual and showing wise, I really think he could go to the top, if he didnt have to go I would be taking him out this year myself, I love there temperments, my sis has one to and they are just so lovely, If I cant sell him by Tuesday I have a friends field he can go in but only very short term and I really would rather not have to ask

Asking too much unless the breeding as exceptional and has a good showing record.
If it's done nothing I'd say you'd be lucky to get £150 in the British economy

I paid £300 for my well bred 14.1 (and a half...) 5 year old mare, who had been forest run.

Drop it to £250 and you will get a lot more interest....
