Help! I'm Moving to Northampton, Looking for a Livery Yard....

Can anyone recommend any yards? Ideally looking for a yard near Burton Latimer / Isham that does assisted DIY or part livery. Prefer assisted as I'm one of those odd people that likes to get up before the sun and muck out ;0)

Needs to have a school and trailer parking ...

Oh while I'm at it can anyone recommend ant good dressage instructors in the area too?.
