I went to West Witls today (as I didn't feel like going to work

) and did the Eventers Show Jumping - a scaled down version of JAS, it had a few 'natural' fences. Anyway we won!!!!

I am now fighting the temptation to reg BE and remove my martingale

I might have no choice about keeping large Orange one, I already own a Charles Owen SJ hat but Mears hacking jacket is one step too far.
 
I can't believe he hasn't sold yet, he looks so lovely and he seems just a good price too. Must be wrong time of year

Well I cannot believe your big chestnut hasnt sold - I shall mention him to a friend of mine, although he may be too big - as long as he will hunt I think she might be interested.
 
Well done! JAS is on at Hand next week! Bet you do not like the eventer prizes though!!

I have mentioned O to my mother who sees various people looking for horses all the time.

When he could follow the ginger minx Sienna he jumped into water.

I want to go XC schooling and see if he has remembered anything from last year.
 
Hey DieselDog - it was me you were talking to today!! Well done for your win - we managed a double clear, but nowhere near as fast as you!
 
Boss and I are desperate to go - we want to go to Rosamund Green - I know for a fact SLM opens in Feb though and they have added to the fences.

When you said you had seen his advert I didn't know if it was from the forum or not and felt a bit silly asking if it was.

Your horse was lovely and jumped really well. Must be nice to ride a homebred.
 
Yes I didnt want to say anything until I knew you were def from the forum! Doh!

She went well today, not quite her best, but with 2 weeks since I last jumped and me having a bit of a dodgy back, I was pleased with her! She's a cracking little horse, tiny, but still! Looking forward to starting eventing her!

You off to Hand tomorrow? I've decided againts JAS there next weekend and am planning to go back to West Wilts on Wed eve for unaffiliated jumping and have a dressage lesson next week instead!!
 
Well dne you. I have always seen you as an eventer, you seem to have the right head on your shoulders for it- look forward to some BE reports from you

That wasn't my mum - that was the owner. But yes, she was cancelling her bridge! Important stuff! So does look like we will be off to unaffiliated jumping on Wednesday evening! Roll on the eventing season when all this dark, cold evening stuff can stop!!
 
We want to go XC in Feb, hopefully to SL. I want J to take the little white hairball, I want to see if he can jump her out of the plate

Put me down - I will be there on 4th and 18th already as doing dressage and will then get a discounted rate to go xc.
The other one I can do is half term if on a Thursday as I have a day off during the week. If enough of us go then we can get a discount!
I went to the fearless horse lecture last night and was given some really good tips about dealing with water jumps.

Lets remember I cant do Sundays though and will have my two to do as well (unless anyone wants to take Floss....)
