Moved to Denbigh and need to buy hay and some haylage, rang all around and no one that delivers has got enough to take on new customers  Running very low, really could do with the contact details of someone? Found one on preloved but he put the wrong number down

Also need the girls hooves clipping and have been ringing around the farrier numbers I can find online at all hours, still yet to manage to speak to one  anyone got the number of a farrier who answers his phone?

*Panics*

I live in Gwynedd, so no help unfortunately, but I feel your pain. We have been here a year, and initially trying to get hay and find a farrier was a nightmare. Luckily I now have a lovely farmer who delivers me hay and managed to talk a farrier into taking us on, despite being told he wasn't taking on any more.

I will ask around for you. There is a farrier in Bala who might cover Denbigh, do you want his number?

Look up Richard Owen vets in st Asaph I'm sure they can recommend a farrier. Try Ruthin/ st Asaph sheep markets for hay. On tues and thurs and have notices in canteen ( you could put wanted notice?)

Nightmare isn't it :(

Yes, PM me it please! I've found loads of numbers but struggling for one that answers the phone  If I still can't find hay by Friday I'm just going to have to drive around and knock on farmers doors :o

Oooh, I'll google the market and have a ring of the vets tomorrow :D Thank you thank you thank you

Paul smith is a good farrier. Try contacting the flint and Denbigh hunt or the pony club branch there, to ask if they can give you any numbers or local vets. Look in the farm and pet store in Abergele or mold on the notice board. Good luck. And there is the flint and Denbigh. Show on tomorrow.
