I've been advised to buy a "loose ring copper roller fulmer snaffle with cheeks" for my new horse but I'm a bit confused as to exactly what "with cheeks" means?!

Initially I thought they meant a snaffle with full cheeks but I'm finding it hard to find full cheeks with loose rings? And I cannot remember riding my horse (when I tried him out) in full cheeks. So what else could they mean by "with cheeks"?

Help! And does anyone know a good place to buy one that has fast delivery?

A fulmer bit is slightly different to a bit with cheeks, allowing it to have loose rings.

Can anyone track one of those down with copper rollers but also combining loose rings and full cheeks? My google searching isn't helping me at the minute! Wanting the quickest delivery I can find as I've searched all my local tack shops with no luck at all.

I'm pleased its not just me that can't find one! I'm at a loss as to knowing where to go from here as google is throwing zero results up - easy enough to find full cheek jointed fulmers with loose rings (as per pic above) and easy enough to find full cheek jointed copper roller snaffles but not combined with loose rings!! AGGHHH!

Think I'll have to buy a normal loose ringed jointed fulmer with cheeks and see how he goes in that without the copper roller element.

I've got one that sounds similar. i brought it a few years ago at a show (scope i think) might have been ayr equestrian ???
its got cheeks the copper roller area is referred to as a peanut google that and see what turns up.
hope that's some help.
