Help me find a horsebox or do you know anyone thats selling one/

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a horsebox, but find the process very daunting.

I would prefer a leyland, not too old a chassis, 7.5 ton, cut through cab, with day living for 2 horses, reliable lorry.

I'm in the Berks/Oxon area so happy to drive upto an hour away

My budget is £5000, which i know isn't great.

TBH. I don't think it's big enough for you.

I have a 95 DAF (Leyland) 7.5 tonne with cut through cab, day living and two horses/three ponies. However I would be looking for more than £5k but am near Bucks/Oxon.

My old horsebox might suit, it is a lovely 7.5t pepper harrow 2 horse/3 pony with living, little used and stored undercover on a renault chassis, only selling as have downsized. It needs a new ignition/lock key as when key was lost oh found a way around it and so have never got round to sorting it out hence it comes in on budget also in devon so a little further a way than you hoped.
