Help me...how to put photos on here PLEASE

Please can you explain to me how I put photo's in my posts. Thanks

First you need a photo hosting account- lots of people use Photobucket Follow the steps on there to upload your photos. Resize to no more than 640 x 480 - there's a present size on there which will help you. Then copy the bottom link (the [ IMG ] code) and paste it into here.

For the photo below the code looks like this:

How did you get the photos under your names? If I go into my profile I can see the photo I put on, but it does not appear in threads??
Therefore you seem to know more than me, please help?

Thanks everyone...have managed to sort it now! Am just a retard when it comes to computers!
