Help me write a letter?

So, on my quest for somewhere to keep Ned (got a text from YM...yea, she pretty much wants me gone. Which is easy for her to say as I don't pay her! I pay YO...anyway...) I figured I'd ask the farmer who lives in my village, as he owns lots of fields in the area and has rented to horse owners before. Worth an ask!
I want to do it by letter, so I don't put him on the spot.

I am really bad with letters, so I would be eternally grateful for a few pointers
