help my dogs been attacked

Sorry I dont usually post in here!!! My mum just took the dog for a walk and he got attacked my 2 jack russels, they are aggressive usually but today they grabbed him and really shock him up, he would even walk home the man is horrible and usually kicks them. Who do I report him too?

Try the local dog warden. you should be able to get phone no from the council.

Echo the dog warden. Same thing happened to mine with two big labradors - useless owner just walked away.
Luckily Quigley was okay, just very shaken up (he's a sensitive soul); we followed the woman back to her car, at a distance, and took her plate.
The dog wardens gave her a warning.

Yes echo the dog warden, police aren't interested unless a person has been bitten.
