My lovely CO Fiona is giving me hives despite being cleaned with the CO cleaner and left to air out when I'm not riding in it. This happened with my CO Whitaker and my CO Pro II helmets but not with my Gatehouse showing helmet. I'm starting to wonder if there is something in the CO helmets that I'm allergic too. I've got frickin' hives on my head and it's spread down to my legs :(

My hat started to give me hives before I started using the cleaner as did all my other CO hats. The cleaner tended to stave it off for a little while but not any more. I thought about putting a thinline panty lining on the forehead part of my helmet and that way, I can always chuck them out after I use my hat. I can't have anything too thick though as I tuck my hair into my hat.

I have the same problem with my pro II but then again I had it with my champion skull as well. I think it's where I get hot under it and then take off and the cold air hits it. I am currently wearing a vet attractive layer of Sudocrem on my head - lovely!
