Help. My Money and Surrey Equestrian going bust?

Can anyone help me as I am confused and am very worried.

I never used Surrey Equestrian before as I was always worried they were too cheap (you have to wonder if things are almost too good to be true) but I thought I would give them a go last week.

I have been waiting and waiting for my order to arrive.

Now I cant get an answer from them to my emails.

I have read these posts and dont know what to think? Are they selling horsey stuff or not? My local saddlery in Ashford says they have gone bust and had there stock taken away!

Does anyone know how I can get my money back? I am new to here but desperate for advice x
 
Oh gosh I didn't know they were going bust! Might not be true but hearsay or something.

Have a search through the posts on here, as the co-owner has been on several times saying they are updating the site etc.. But she did leave her contact details I am sure. So if you search through you will be able to find them and hopefully get hold of her direct.

They havent gone bust, they are just reverting back to being Surrey Pets rather than Equestrian. They are still at the same premises, don't panic just call them.

I was in there at the weekend and they havent had there stock taken away, just going back to doing small animal stuff.

there surrey pets and all the equestrian stuff has gone, I just went on there live chat option and tried to get answers. Was told "if we have the item(s) they ordered then they will still receive the order, if not they will recieve a refund"

If anyone wants answers try that, they seemed to be unavailable since I told them I thought there lack of communication about what was going on was bad.
 
We have not gone bust we have just decided to call it a day on equestrian products and we are going back to surrey pet supplies as we first started.

As far as any outstanding orders we are still sending out but any items we cannot supply we are refunding for.

I hope this puts all your minds at rest.
