Hello All,
I've posted this on the main 'Tack room' thingy - so apologies if you're reading this again!
A very old friend of mine who lives near Honiton has hit a few health problems which has meant that pretty much everything else in life has taken a back seat. She has a pony that was bought for her daughter a few years ago. Daughter's not really interested now, and pony is currently languishing in the field. Although my friend has fantastic faciilites (paddocks, stables) I'm slightly concerned for pony that if she doesn't get enough exercise....well you know....
So, what we're looking for is someone who would like to take this pony on. She's not for sale, and would stay at her current home, just someone who would like to turn up on a (fairly) regular basis, and give her some love, affection, and some exercise!
She's about 14hh, about 14yrs old, skewbald and middleweight cob shaped! She's good in traffic (worries a bit about big Ag machinery) but was bought for a child to ride, so is basically a very sweet girl - just a bit rusty! with some work and attention could be a really fun pony for someone!
My friend lives in a beautiful area - bridle paths - lovely for hacking. I'd take her on myself but I'm probably too big (5'10'')
and I live 70 miles away - and I've got a yardful anyway!
Thank you for reading this far - if you can help, please let me know!
