HELP needed, can anyone remember?

Can any one remember the you tube vid that someone posted of the guy jumping on a horse and showing how to train not to rear? I think he was foreign, but not sure.

Captain has been ordered to hack out by the physio, which he hates (much prefers his dressage schooling and jumping) Anyway he is a rearer, not too much of a problem but the way this guy dealt with it was interesting.
