Help needed for friend - Livery around Ottershaw/Chertsey Surrey

Hi all

A friend has just come home from holiday to discover that YO is pretty much closing the yard down, all other liveries are leaving on Sat, she can stay until she finds somewhere but had been wanting to move anyway and now really needs to.

She's looking for a DIY yard with assistance available if needed, about 5 miles from Ottershaw, be able to take her dog (whose very well behaved). Horse is a big of a nightmare to catch so needs small groups/managable feilds, he also gets very tubby but won't have a mussle on - so restricted grazing is good. School with lights and ideally either people there in the evenings or someone living on site.

I know its quite a list and have sent her to all the usual places but she's striking out - if anyone knows of anywhere - she's saying if she doesn't find somewhere she may sell him which would be a real shame...

Home made brownies to all - I've moved out of the area otherwise I'd help her more...

What about Chobham? There is nice looking place http://www.horsemart.co.uk/diy_livery_in_chobham_surrey_surrey/advert/150716 or stuarts yard in Charlton village has spaces. There are 3 spaces at a yard in St Ann's hill PM me for number but she doesn't turn out. There are spaces at the yard opposite Roger Mugfords place in St Anne's too but she charges £4 a day to feed, bring in, turn out and muck out and limited grazing. Plenty of space at Hillcrest in Virginia water, lovely people, no grass very muddy massive wood fibre school but not fully fenced.
 
Also Shirley Buck has places in Abbey chase I believe, no school though. There is a grass livery place in West byfleet if really desparate.

Can I ask where your friend is now?
 
Thanks guys have passed it all on :-)

Just feel bad as I've moved out of the area now and can't help much... she's been on the waiting list of my old yard since I was there (about 8 months now) but obviously now needs to move!
