Help needed number 2!

I forgot to ask in my post yesterday which was;

But another thing my mum's dog does, is he pulls his fur out! He has done it on his legs and his tummy!

He has been to the vets and they checked him all over for fleas etc, dry skin and he has NONE of them!!

Do you also think this is a attention thing too??

What would he have to be stressed about!!?? he has got the best life ever with my mum!!

Has his food been changed recently? Without being disrespectful of your Vet, they are not overly trained in pet nutrition, and sometimes a simple change of food and reduction of treats can solve the problem. If his food has been changed, he could be intolerant of a particular ingredient - popular allergies are wheat glutens, and some particular meat proteins ie he can stomach chicken but not lamb. Beware the dog foods that says '4% meat and animal derivatives!', which is many of the popular supermarket brands, I won't name names, check the ingredients yourself, if can be an eye opener!

He has James Well Beloved hypo-allergenic food (Lamb and Rice) and treats... so I am not sure it would be that

it is possible that he still is intolerant as when they get used to a particular flavour they can start doing it try changing the flavour now and again it may help, my auntie had a cat that kept doing this and she spend out loads getting him injected and on steroids, i eventually persuaded her to take him off it all and change his food, she did this and within weeks his hair grew bk and the problems started to stop, she also bathed him in hibiscrub now and again under vet intruction to disinfect his skin.
