Help needed to add some sparkle!!

Hi...
I need some help to add sparkle to my new horse...She's 16.1 WBxSF....
She's hard work to get infront of the leg on the flat....She has had a year off work and I have spent the last 10 weeks bringing her back in with mainly hacking....During this time she has been on Topspec condition coolcubes and Alfa A oil with added corn oil....
I now need to add some sparkle to "wake her up" a little without fizzing her up...
any suggestions?

some form of competition mix/cubes? or straights - oats or barley? add gradually. redcell or liquid blood? lots of options available!!
