Help needed to PM ???

This might be a stupid question or I might just be being daft !!!!
But I am trying to PM someone but every time I try it keeps on saying that it has been disabled .......
Have sent emails to administration but no one is getting back to me 😔😔
Can anyone shed some light on this

I believe there is a rule that users must first post on the forum 'X' number of times before the PM function will work.

The person may have chosen to disable the PM function. Or they may have chosen to only accept PMs from Contacts and Moderators. I'm afraid that you'll have to accept this graciously and find another avenue to explore regarding the matter that you wish to discuss via PM.

If it is a horse/riding/dog related topic then there's bound to be someone on this forum that can offer an opinion

In that case, you should probably e-mail Admin or post a thread in the Forum Feedback section asking for clarification
