I'm looking for a stable name. I'm thinking of perfectly flawless or something to that context for her show name, but i'm not sure yet.
Her dam isn't registered yet and her sire is a wild horse that broke into her field.. She was a surprise foal

Here you are, names for 'red' horses, also black, palomino etc, etc.

Copper used to be a very popular name for chestnuts, I don't hear of it so often now. Go on, there will be a dozen on HHO now ;)

Copper Coin
Red Socks
Tanner
Solaire

You would be surprised at how many fully grown horses there are called Foalie, Baby or Little because owners never got around to finding a name that seemed to suit. What do you call her now? Foalie? Baby? Maybe something that sounds similar to what she is used to?.

My GSD bitch is called only called Poppy because for 6 months we were calling her Puppy and it didn't seem fair to change her name totally.

"Fire-Fly By Night" -as a tribute to her naughty father
"Firefly"
"Sunrise" - sounds like surprise - again I am attributing to her father.
"Sunbeam" - wasn't there a Greek legend where a baby was conceived by a god turning themselves into a sunbeam?
"Fair Cop" - Cop short for Copper and fair cop as her mum was "caught"
"Copper Surprise"
"Copper Sunrise"

Just some word association suggestions :)

We call her Foalie but we don't want to call her that forever and we want to find a name that suits her before she gets to used Foalie and incase we get too used to calling her that too.
