Help needed

<font color="purple">Hi all, for a research report at university i have decided to do it on laminitis.

I have devised a questionnaire for anyone who has (past or present) owned/loaned or looked after a horse that has had laminitis.

It can be any breed, age, sex, severity and any form of laminitis.
The questionnaire is not formal and no names are needed or anything like that.

Basically for the report I am looking at
1) How certain breeds are more prone to laminitis than others.
2) Alternative causes of laminitis.
So if anyone has had some experience and wouldn't mind spending a few minutes of their time filling in a questionnaire for me just get in contact with me either PM me here or email me at zlooker@rvc.ac.uk, and I will email you the questionnaire to fill in at your leisure, there is no deadline for its return so no worries there.
