Help needed!!!!

Hi, i have a new horse and im just about to start competing him, im entered into the riding horse, but i have noticed there is another class called ' ridden novice' does anyone know what you have to do in this class or is it very similar to riding horse?

Try ringing up the show organisers and asking them

a ridden novice class will be open to any type as long as a novice ,unless type is stated , a riding horse class is a type class ,the class will be run almost the same however the judge will not be expecting as much from a novice .is your horse a riding horse type or would it be better suited to hunters or hacks good luck
