help needed

I have put a deposit on a new horse who was sold with ride at regs BD which was told was 20 of this month but found out last night its this sunday its test p19 i have said to the owner she could ride him as too late for me to learn test but she saying now that she wont because if she does she will want to keep him.
What would you do should i go pick him up and give it a go myself bear in mind new horse etc shame i couldnt find someone who would take me and the horse who could have it drilled into me by sunday or should i just let her keep him
 
depends how much you like the horse and whether you really want her to keep him.

Just because he has the ride doesn't mean to say you have to do it

or just have a go yourself (it is what I would do)
 
I probably wouldn't bother doing it. I wouldn;t take a new horse out that early and I am assuming that you won't actually have him by then?
