Help needed!

Wanting to purchase 3yo unbroken to have for next year. Has always wintered out an prob won't be broken til spring.

Do I back now before summer is over and then leave her to mature? (she needs still to grow into herself) or leave her be til spring?and give her next summer off?

Do I winter her out or keep her at a yard with only limited turnout when weather gets bad?

Struggling to find winter grass in my area and yards with decent turnout in winter months!

Stuck between a rock and a hard place, advise please.

Personally I would back next year and not turn away for summer but keep in very light work until she is mature enough to move on. I would also winter out but if you can't find it then you have to go with the best you can get.
